Business Method:
The following services are provided before and
after programs to ensure that customer needs are met and to improve
retention and application of ideas.

Length- Any program can be delivered in any time
format that would be unproblematic for your workflow, to include a
full day comprised of two half-day sessions, etc.
Preprogram
Analysis- Program content and examples are personalized to
you group to meet your specific challenges or issues you need to
have addressed. Depending on the nature of the program, analysis
can be conducted by the telephone or Internet.
Follow
up- Programs can include electronic follow up.
Depending on the nature of the program, follow up can be conducted
via weekly email reminder tips or a special web page.
Job Aid-
Attendees can receive a job aid that is placed on the side of their
computer monitor. The card will includes a summary of key points to remember
from the program.
